   • Discuss your concerns

   • Match you with the appropriate pelvic health therapist

   • Gather additional information for your profile

   • And schedule you

3. Arrive at your scheduled appointment.

During your first session, your pelvic health therapist will conduct a thorough evaluation, including a review of your medical history and symptoms. This may involve a physical examination of the pelvic area to assess muscle strength, coordination, and flexibility. Based on the findings, the therapist will create a personalized treatment plan that may include exercises, manual therapy, and education on lifestyle modifications. The goal is to improve function and reduce symptoms over time.

We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing that will allow you to move freely. We want you to feel comfortable!

In Indiana, you don’t need a referral to start seeing a pelvic health therapist. We can start your treatment plan immediately, saving you time and money!

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation. For no-shows, a fee will be charged.

We’re conveniently located at 2667 Foxpointe Dr, Columbus, IN 47203. For your convenience, here are two main routes to help guide you to our clinic.

From I-65 (North or South):

1. Take Exit 68 for State Road 46 (toward Columbus).

2. Follow State Road 46 East for approximately 4 miles.

3. Turn right onto Foxpointe Dr at the first intersection.

4. Continue straight to reach the clinic on your right-hand side.

From Downtown Columbus:

1. Head north on 25th St (also known as State Road 46).

2. Follow it for about 1 mile, passing through the main intersection with National Rd (US 31).

3. Turn left onto Foxpointe Dr.

4. Follow Foxpointe Dr, and you’ll find the clinic on your left.
