An orange cable-stayed bridge with a single A-shaped tower and white suspension cables, spanning a road with trees on both sides. Downtown Columbus.
A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a sleeveless blue top, black leggings, and navy blue sneakers, sits on the wooden steps of a house's porch, smiling at the camera. Behind her is a tan house with gray siding, a white door with a glass panel, and a sign with the word 'Thourish' and colorful decorations on the door.

About

Flourish Columbus was founded in the spring of 2020 with a vision: to break free from the constraints of the traditional insurance-based rehabilitation model and offer exceptional, patient-centered care.

In June 2023, under the leadership of Dr. Kelly Bigler, Flourish transitioned to a pelvic floor rehabilitation-focused clinic. This shift allowed us to specialize in the care of pelvic health issues, helping our patients heal and thrive through evidence-based, compassionate care.

The response to our approach has been overwhelmingly positive, and in 2024, we expanded our team to include two additional pelvic health therapists and an in-person client care coordinator. This growth marks an exciting milestone, allowing us better to serve our community with a dedicated, specialized team.

We continue to take a whole-person, holistic approach to healing, addressing not just the pelvic floor but also the emotional and mental aspects of recovery. We are proud to be recognized as our community’s pelvic health experts and are excited to continue providing the highest level of care to the people of Columbus and beyond.
